As a native New Englander hailing from coastal Maine, we have been in the antique trade buying and selling country antiques for over 25 years. What started as simply upgrading our own collection of antique country household wares developed into a passion for and an immersion in the trade. We specialize in Americana, specifically the 18th, 19th , and early 20th century with particular emphasis on form, original paint and surface. We have operated our own shop and also exhibited in several group shops. Although not currently operating an open shop, we can be visited by appointment at either West Bath, Maine, or San Luis Obispo, California, dependent upon the season.

DownEast Trade Partners has been developed as a community of friends, of like-mined high quality reputable antique dealers specializing in primitive, shabby, early American country antiques. This website will provide us and our friends with the opportunity to showcase a sampling of our collective inventory. The site will be updated routinely with freshly picked feature items.
